Booking
How do I book a journey?
Online: pick-up, destination, date and time. The price shows straight away, before you give any details. You then leave your name, phone number and e-mail; your chauffeur confirms the booking and you receive your booking voucher by e-mail. You can also call or message on WhatsApp.
Private driver (VTC) or taxi: what is the difference?
Exclusive VTC is a licensed private hire driver (VTC, “voiture de transport avec chauffeur” in French): every journey is booked in advance, at the price set when you book, and it does not change on the way.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes: in France, a private hire driver can only carry passengers who have booked; that is the law. For a departure within the next few hours, call 07 67 70 09 96 (+33 7 67 70 09 96 from abroad).
What happens after I book?
Your chauffeur confirms the booking, then you receive your booking voucher by e-mail. The day before, a reminder gives you the pick-up time and place again.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes: give the traveller’s name in the booking note.

The price
Can the price change on the way?
No. The price is set when you book, traffic included. Only waiting beyond the included time is added, at €5 per quarter of an hour started, and this rule is shown with the price.
What is included in the price?
The journey, your luggage, 20 minutes of waiting at the airport (10 minutes elsewhere), and motorway tolls on long-distance journeys.
Does the price change at night?
From the west of Toulouse, the fare does not change, day or night; from Colomiers, €30 by day, €35 at night (from 20:00 to 8:00). From Toulouse centre and the station, never more than €38. For other journeys, worked out by distance, the rate per kilometre goes from €2 to €2.30 between 20:00 and 8:00; the pick-up charge and the minimum fare do not change.

How much is a return journey?
The return costs the same as the outward journey. The approach charge, counted when you are picked up more than 20 km from Colomiers, is only counted once. The price of both journeys shows before you book.

How do I pay?
On board, at the end of the journey, by contactless card, phone, watch or in cash; companies can pay by bank transfer once the receipt is issued. The receipt is given to you before payment.
Can I get a receipt in my company’s name?
Yes, for every journey, in your name or your company’s. A company can pay by bank transfer once the receipt is issued.

Airport and station
My flight is delayed: what happens?
Nothing to do on your side. With your flight number, your chauffeur follows the landing: the pick-up time follows your flight, and the 20 minutes of included waiting start from landing.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Where you arrive: your chauffeur follows your flight or train and is there when you arrive. Their phone number is in your confirmation.
How much is the journey between Toulouse and the airport?
€38 at most from Toulouse centre (2 km around the Capitole) and Matabiau station: the price is worked out by the kilometre, often less. €40 from the west of Toulouse, €30 from Colomiers: fixed fares, both ways. From Colomiers, €35 at night (from 20:00 to 8:00). Elsewhere in Toulouse, the price is worked out by distance and shows before you book.

Cancellation and delays
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before pick-up, 24 hours for a long-distance journey, 7 days for a chauffeur hired by the hour. After that, half the price is due, as for a no-show. A cancelled flight or train: no charge.
Booking terms
What if I am late?
Your chauffeur waits for you: 10 minutes are included (20 minutes at the airport). Beyond that, waiting costs €5 per quarter of an hour started.

Four large suitcases, or two large suitcases and three small ones. If you have more, say so when you book.
