These terms apply to every journey booked with Exclusive VTC (EI Gor AGHAJANYAN, SIREN 829 565 365, VTC register no. EVTC031190133), on the website, by phone or by message. They are shown to you again before each booking.
Purpose
Exclusive VTC carries passengers as a private hire driver (VTC), on terms agreed in advance between the parties (French Transport Code, article L3122-1): the journey, the date, the time and the price are agreed before pick-up.
Booking
A private hire driver only picks up passengers who have booked (French Transport Code, article L3120-2). You can book on the website, by phone on 07 67 70 09 96 (+33 7 67 70 09 96 from abroad), on WhatsApp or by e-mail.
On the website, the price shows before you give any details. It is calculated by the server for the journey, date and time chosen, and stays guaranteed for fifteen minutes; after that, it is calculated again.
Before confirming, you see the summary of the journey, the total price and these terms. Confirming commits you to paying the agreed price (French Consumer Code, “code de la consommation”, article L221-14). The booking is firm when the chauffeur confirms it: you then receive your booking voucher by e-mail. The day before, a reminder gives you the pick-up time and place again.
A journey of more than 350 km, a chauffeur hired by the hour or an event are booked on a quote: the chauffeur replies with a firm price.
The price
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Fixed fares. Between Toulouse-Blagnac Airport and the west of Toulouse or Colomiers, the price is a fixed fare, valid both ways, day or night, except from Colomiers: €30 by day, €35 at night (from 20:00 to 8:00). Between the airport and Toulouse centre (2 km around the Capitole, Matabiau station included), the price is worked out like that of other journeys, never more than €38, both ways, day or night. Elsewhere in Toulouse, the price is worked out like that of other journeys. The details are on the Prices page.
Long distances. For a journey of more than 100 km, and for Albi, Carcassonne, Lourdes, Andorra la Vella, Bordeaux and Montpellier from Toulouse and its surrounding area, the price is on request: a firm price is offered to you before booking.
Other journeys. A pick-up charge of €5, then per kilometre: by day, €2.00; between 20:00 and 8:00, €2.30. The price of a journey is never less than €30. When you are picked up at an address more than 20 km from Colomiers, the approach costs €0.20 per kilometre beyond that. For a return journey, the return costs the same as the outward journey, the approach being counted only once. Each amount is rounded up to the next euro.
A chauffeur hired by the hour (wedding, event) is on a quote: the price is set with you before booking, and a 30% deposit is asked for on confirmation.
The agreed price does not change on the way, whatever the traffic. Nothing is added to it except, where they apply, waiting beyond the included time and a change of journey asked for on the way, whose price is given to you beforehand.
Tolls are included in the price.
What the price includes
- the agreed journey, whatever the route taken;
- luggage, within the capacity given below;
- waiting: 20 minutes at the airport, counted from actual landing, and 10 minutes elsewhere, at the station from the actual arrival of the train;
- tolls on long-distance journeys.
Waiting and delays
If you are late. Beyond the included waiting time, waiting costs €5 per quarter of an hour started. It appears on the receipt.
If your flight or train is delayed. With its number, the pick-up time follows the actual arrival, at no extra charge; the included waiting starts from actual landing at the airport, from the actual arrival of the train at the station.
No-show. If you do not turn up and cannot be reached by the end of the included waiting time, the journey counts as a no-show: 50% of the price is due.
If the chauffeur cannot make it. If the chauffeur cannot carry out the journey (breakdown, accident, bad weather), they let you know as soon as they know: you owe nothing, and any deposit paid is refunded.
Payment and receipt
Payment is made on board, at the end of the journey, by contactless card, phone or watch, or in cash; companies can pay by bank transfer once the receipt is issued. Cheques are not accepted.
A receipt (“note”) is given to you at the end of the journey, before payment (French order no. 83-50/A of 3 October 1983). It can be made out in your company's name.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 hours before the pick-up time, up to 24 hours before for a long-distance journey (a journey of more than 100 km, or to one of the cities listed above), and up to 7 days before for a chauffeur hired by the hour (wedding, event). After that, 50% of the price is due; for a no-show, 50%.
Cancelled flight or train. Free of charge, with a simple message before the planned pick-up time.
To cancel: by phone, on WhatsApp or by e-mail to contact@exclusivevtc.fr, giving your booking number.
Passengers and luggage
- Four passengers at most.
- Luggage: four large suitcases, or two large suitcases and three small ones; if you have more, say so when you book.
- Pets: on request, to be mentioned when you book.
No right of withdrawal
Passenger transport is excluded from the rules on distance contracts (French Consumer Code, article L221-2, 9°): the booking does not give a right of withdrawal. You can, however, cancel it on the terms above.
The booking voucher
On confirmation, you receive a booking voucher: it is the proof of advance booking, which the chauffeur shows in case of inspection (French Transport Code, article R3120-2). It gives the operator's name and contact details, their VTC register number and SIREN number, your name and phone number, the date and time of booking, and the date, time and place of pick-up (order of 6 August 2025).
Personal data
Your details are used for the booking, the booking voucher, the receipt and the reminder the day before. How they are processed is described on the Privacy page.
Your phone number is never used for sales calls: it is forbidden to make sales calls to a consumer without their prior consent (French Consumer Code, articles L223-1 and L223-2).
Complaints and mediation
A complaint is made in writing, to contact@exclusivevtc.fr or to 5 passage de la Margeride, 31770 Colomiers, France. If the disagreement continues, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge (French Consumer Code, articles L612-1 and L616-1); how to do so is described on the Consumer mediator page.
Mediator: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle, Médiation Professionnelle, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France; mediateur-consommation-smp.fr, online referral through the mediation request form (in French).
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the competent court.
