The booking
You leave your contact details. Your chauffeur confirms the booking: you receive your booking voucher, then a reminder the day before.
On the day
Your chauffeur is there ahead of time. At the airport and the station, your flight or train is followed.
The service

Journeys start from Toulouse and anywhere in the surrounding area. Your chauffeur is based in Colomiers, west of the city, near the airport. Beyond 20 km from Colomiers, an approach charge of €0.20 per kilometre is added to journeys worked out by distance; fixed fares do not include one.
Blagnac, Tournefeuille, Cornebarrieu, Aussonne, Pibrac, Léguevin, Plaisance-du-Touch, Cugnaux, Portet-sur-Garonne, Muret, Ramonville, Labège, Saint-Orens, Balma, L'Union, and the other towns of the area.
How do I book a journey?
Online: pick-up, destination, date and time. The price shows straight away, before you give any details. You then leave your name, phone number and e-mail; your chauffeur confirms the booking and you receive your booking voucher by e-mail. You can also call or message on WhatsApp.
Can the price change on the way?
No. The price is set when you book, traffic included. Only waiting beyond the included time is added, at €5 per quarter of an hour started, and this rule is shown with the price.
How do I pay?
On board, at the end of the journey, by contactless card, phone, watch or in cash; companies can pay by bank transfer once the receipt is issued. The receipt is given to you before payment.
My flight is delayed: what happens?
Nothing to do on your side. With your flight number, your chauffeur follows the landing: the pick-up time follows your flight, and the 20 minutes of included waiting start from landing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 2 hours before pick-up, 24 hours for a long-distance journey, 7 days for a chauffeur hired by the hour. After that, half the price is due, as for a no-show. A cancelled flight or train: no charge.
