The road
243 km via the A61 and the A9, about 2½ hrs.
The road takes the A61 to Narbonne, then the A9 east, via Béziers, along the Mediterranean. Allow about two and a half hours on the road to Montpellier.

Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport, in the town of Mauguio, is requested separately, at its address. The historic centre, the Écusson, is largely pedestrian: drop-off is at the nearest address reachable by car.
The other way, Montpellier connects directly to Toulouse-Blagnac Airport or Matabiau station, for a flight or a train leaving from Toulouse.
An early morning departure or a late evening return is requested like a daytime journey. For a return trip, ask for the outward and return journeys together; the return time is given in the request.
After Béziers, the motorway passes north of the Étang de Thau. A61 and A9 tolls included. The price does not change with the number of passengers: up to four people, it is the price of the journey.
